Description

Orphaned during the opening stages of Earth's demise, Dotter spent much of her youth cowering in the maze of silent claustrophobia left under London's crumbling shell. Once recovered, the ecstatic Dotter ditched her morose solidarity to become an overly dramatic master of tasks. But now her absurdly energetic behavior keeps Psych Mon. staff ever vigilant and completely on edge.
